Meet Kimberly
Hello and welcome to Sacred Heart Nursing. I’m honored to be the founder here at Sacred Heart. Becoming an LVN 31 and an registered nurse at 47 has been a life-changing journey, one that has filled me with both purpose and passion. After years of dedication and hard work, I am thrilled to bring my experience and compassionate care to those who need it most. I am a masters prepared nurse and graduate of Touro University’s School of Nursing. My dedication to education is lifelong. I have over 10 years of full time hospice experience. I currently work as a Hospice RN Case Manager.
My Journey
My path to nursing wasn’t traditional, but it was deeply meaningful. After many years in various roles, I found my true calling in healthcare. The experience of becoming an RN later in life has given me a unique perspective on patient care—one that combines professional knowledge with the wisdom and empathy that comes from life's experiences. I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care, especially during the most vulnerable times of their lives.
Why Hospice Care?
Choosing to specialize in hospice care was a deeply personal decision. I’ve always felt a profound connection to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of serious illness and end-of-life care. For me, hospice is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about providing comfort, understanding, and support during one of life’s most significant transitions.
My Commitment to You
At Sacred Heart Nursing, my mission is to ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care, delivered with compassion and respect. I am committed to being a trusted partner for you and your family, offering not just medical expertise but also emotional and spiritual support during this challenging time.
I am a licensed registered nurse in the state of California.
